Recovery after second delivery

During my pregnancy with Divisha, I did not put on much weight because I was still working. But after the delivery, as it was a C-section delivery, my body faced a big problem. Even doctors do not advise you to exercise for three months. So it is clear that three months was almost a kind of complete healing. Don’t just sit and sleep in one place. I remember 3 days before I gave birth, I had my first labor, as if it was an event. Now when I look at the photos, I feel like I’m very bloated, I feel like I have a lot of water weight after giving birth. That kind of motivated me to work and that made me happy that I got the job. If I work, I will get a job. If I tell myself that I don’t want to work and stay at home, I will stop getting a job.

Conscious eating

We must know what to eat and what not to eat. Of course, junk food that we clearly know what it is, if we completely eliminate it, our journey becomes easier for us. We should include fruits, good proteins in our diet and regular home cooked meals.

Starting with a free hands-on workout

I will say do the exercises that make you feel good. I think I started with free hand exercises. The body is soft, crawling on the ground. I started with light exercise. That made my body move a lot. When I felt after six months that I was almost healed inside because by moving and moving you can understand that everything is almost good inside.

Increase his endurance with cardio

After 6 months I started cardio. Cardio helped me regain my endurance. It’s interesting that after pregnancy I used to feel like I used to go to half of other things. So cardio has really helped me build my endurance. So I did that for 3 months when I was sprinting. To me, it was running, but when I looked at it with my eyes, it was slower than running. I gave my 100% in my way. You have no competition. Your competition is you in your head.

Her journey with Pilates

I started Pilates. Pilates is a form of exercise where it is weight training but you do it with your own body weight. Pilates saves you from injuries because you do all the exercises lying down, lifting your legs, lifting your face, lifting your arms but there is no jumping movement involved. There is no need to put a weight on your shoulder. Pilates for a good 3-4 months helped me strengthen my back and gave me a lot of strength.

How spiritual yoga helped him

Then I got into aerial yoga because I had seen many videos where many famous people were slim after doing aerial yoga. So I thought, you know, it would be interesting and I tried. At first, it was really difficult. Also, it includes a lot of basic information. You are freeing yourself from your core strength. As a new mother, you have to make many adjustments.

Being regular and consistent

You know, at home, sometimes when you don’t sleep, you have a thousand things on your mind. So I couldn’t find stability. So I would do it for 3-4 months, then I would lose it. So back to it again, I couldn’t find that thing and thought I’d try something else. Because I thought that if there is youth, I will find new strength to do so. 3-4 months I did it with full care, I did it normally. I did spiritual yoga and after a few days, I noticed a lot of difference in my body. My body broke through that barrier and I started losing weight. If you see my spiritual yoga journey, then I lost weight very quickly. My energy increased a lot.

Taking the game

Doing spiritual yoga, my spine was straight, the body was healthy, you know, it was bent, pulled, whatever happened, any pain from the body they completely disappeared. Then I started my real fitness journey which is weightlifting. Exercise is a good combination of strength training and cardio. With weight training, we should give 70% importance and 30% to cardio. I started exercising regularly. I started weight training 3 days a week. And for cardio, I started playing a sport, Tennis. Strength training is very important. Please do some vigorous exercise if you can’t go to the gym.

Weight loss from 75 to 65 kg

I started from a weight of 75 and now I am about 65. Hopefully, I will reach my goal weight of 55. But I do not pay attention to the weight. Actually, I pay attention to inches. After Divisha was born, I bought jeans in size 44. After a few days, I bought size 42. Then I went down to a size 40. And now I’m 38, which is like the perfect medium size. So I am very happy that the inches are decreasing. At first, I woke up every morning and stood on the scale. And every day I saw that my weight almost did not decrease. So I used to be motivated, I used to do everything. But somewhere in my mind, the body starts to go down. One day I took the scale, packed it and put it in the cupboard. I took it out yesterday. And I saw such a big difference. Also the most important thing is that if you want to lose weight, 70% is diet and 30% is exercise.
